We will learn from DeAnn Rutledge, National Sales Manager at 3M Electrical Markets Division. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Corporate Communications from Baylor University. DeAnn began her career with 3M in 1998 as a Customer Service Representative in the Electrical Markets Division. In 2003, DeAnn was appointed to Global Product Marketer for 3M’s key supplies segments before moving over to Marketing Communications in 2007. A year later, DeAnn created and implemented the Merchandising program for the Electrical Markets Division. She led 30 plus merchandisers and was responsible for the entire program for the division. In 2011, she added key account management to her list of responsibilities. She managed several national accounts in the Electrical space. After 24 years in the industry, she is now the National Sales Manager for Commercial and Industrial.
