Oscar’s formal training in sales leadership began at Baylor University, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing and Professional Selling. His first job was with Oxy, selling commodity chemicals to various industrial applications, and he was promoted quickly to an Account Manager. Oscar joined ADA Carbon Solutions in May of 2016, where he had an immediate and significant impact. He was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2017 and to Vice President of Sales in 2019. Oscar has a successful track record of growing businesses through effective sales force execution and insight selling and has successfully built high-performing sales teams. He now lives in Denver, Colorado, serving as the President of Industrials at Vivify.
