To add your digital ID to your Apple Watch, after having added it to your phone, go back to GET Mobile app and click "Add to Apple Wallet" again, then select your Apple Watch as the destination for your digital ID.
If it gives you an error, remove your digital ID from Apple Watch wallet, then re-add from the GET App.
