Over his three-decade long career, Glenn has held various leadership positions including V.P. Sales, President, and CEO. Today, at Schneider, he leads sales teams in 10 states and is responsible for an annual sales revenue between $100-150M.

Launching her career at Schneider, Tammy quickly moved into Sales Management, leading a single sales region, then multiple regions, before assuming the role of V.P. Under her leadership, the business has doubled in size, increased profitability threefold, and is the #1 rated energy service company in the industry.
