Cherie Tucker-Labuzetta serves as Xerox's Vice
President of Growth Strategy for North America
Channels. In this role, she spearheads the design and
implementation of innovative programs and sales
strategies to drive channel market expansion and
business growth. With a strong focus on both the present
and the future, Cherie’s strategic, forward-thinking
approach—rooted in real-world expertise, brings
extensive experience and a demonstrated ability to drive
transformative results.
Throughout her career at Xerox, Cherie has held several
pivotal leadership positions. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, she acted as a strategic advisor,
ensuring seamless execution of organizational objectives while leading high-impact
transformational initiatives aligned with Xerox's Reinvention strategy.
Previously, as Regional Vice President of IT Sales for the Central U.S., Cherie played a
critical role in accelerating the growth of Xerox IT Services. By collaborating with regional
leadership and sales teams, she consistently surpassed sales targets. She also
developed targeted training programs, equipping teams to deliver tailored IT solutions to
SMB clients, increasing product adoption and client satisfaction. Her impactful
contributions earned her recognition as one of CRN's Rising Female Stars in 2022.
In her current position, Cherie leads a dedicated team focused on reimagining and
optimizing North American Route-to-Market programs. By driving transformative
initiatives, she fuels channel growth and expansion, working closely with senior and
executive leadership to develop data-driven market strategies. Her efforts ensure that
Xerox’s products and services not only meet the needs of channel and distribution
partners but also deliver seamless value to their customers.
A proud Rochester, NY native, Cherie is an alumna of the Advanced Management Program
at the Wharton School of Business and holds a STEM-designated MBA from the Simon
School of Business
